Highlight of my night

I’m almost positive I burned my tongue because I kept heating up my Chef Boyardee Beefaroni for an extra 50 seconds, and on top of that, I cut my tongue because I was greedy and stupid and decided to see how much sauce I could salvage from the sides of the cup. This is probably why they say it’s a bad idea to eat after like 8pm. Meanwhile, it’s almost 5am and surprisingly enough I’ve gotten a decent amount of studying in. Stuck

I don’t like this feeling. It’s essentially like I’ve hit a mental block. My original idea for a my photo project didn’t fly because of some dinky copyright yadda yadda, so now I’m sitting around brainstorming for ideas, which is apparently much much harder than it would seem. I just don’t feel inspired or motivated to do anything, but my final grade relies so heavily on it that I’m forced to just sit around “thinking of ideas”.

Christmas shopping

This wasn’t a problem, until today. I realized that I won’t actually be in town for Christmas, or the week of Christmas for that matter, so I’ll basically have to get any sort of shopping done during next week, which is also finals week. Once that’s all figured out, then it comes down to who I should buy gifts for, and who would actually appreciate a gift from me.

I'm a mess

I’ve made some bad decisions before, but I think in the past two days I’ve managed to set the bar a little higher. Redeeming myself seems pretty unlikely at this point.

I don't get it

Since when is it socially acceptable for someone to just take someone else’s (expensive) camera and just snap whatever the hell they want? Yeah I leave it on my desk, but I don’t consider that an open invitation for you to just come by and pick it up and start taking pictures (without my permission, I might add). Maybe I wouldn’t be so insulted and taken aback if you actually treated me with a remote amount of respect, but hey, even when I ask and tell you to please put my camera down you blatantly refuse to listen to me.

Maybe if I treat you like a complete asshole then you’ll leave me alone.
